Right from the moment you complete your order, till the moment it reaches your home, our dedicated team promises prompt customer service and on-time delivery.
All orders will be processed in 72 hours and handed over to our warehouse to be shipped out.

Décor & home products can be shipped throughout Malaysia. The delivery charges are as below.
West Malaysia: RM 6 (flat rate)
East Malaysia: RM 100 (up to 99kg)
| Our Delivery Partners
We partner up with JNT to deliver parcels to your homes. All products are packed and shipped from our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur. A standard delivery takes 2 – 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a flat delivery rate as mentioned above. These charges will be automatically calculated when you proceed to Checkout on the Website and displayed above your total sum to be paid.
If a delivery attempted by our courier partner is marked as failed or unsuccessful, kindly contact our customer service immediately and arrange for a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your parcel in person, or if you haven’t received the parcel by the 8th working day after your order was placed, get in touch with our customer service.
| How to check delivery status?
Once the consignment note is generated, our system will promptly send you an email containing the tracking number. Alternatively, you can also access the tracking number directly within the system.
